Earlier this year Horologium had the opportunity to look at URWERK’s mechanical ‘smart’ watch, the EMC, ‘in the metal’. ‘EMC’ stands for ‘Electro Mechanical Control’ – that is, the combination of a mechanical watch with a micro generator.
