In a new book, “The World’s Most Expensive Watches” (Antique Collectors Club, $95), Ariel Adams showcases 102 men’s watches that have sold for as much as $5 million. The watches range from historically important objects to decorative yet functional diamond-encrusted bracelets. Some have features like astronomical charts and perpetual calendars.
