Rolex Military Submariner (Milsub) Reference 5517 was reportedly issued to the British Army Air Corps in 1977. Milsubs differ from regular Submariners in the following: the lugs and bars are fixed, the bezel insert is fully demarcated to 60 minutes, the dial has a T inside a circle indicating tritium, there are military engravings on the back, and the central hands are sword shaped.
